תנאי שימוש

  1. מהות התוכן. האתר מציג את תולדות ישראל על פי המסורת — תאריכים לפי סדר עולם, מספרים על פי הפסוקים במקום שנאמרו, ואומדנים מסורתיים של סדר גודל בשאר המקרים. זיהויי מקומות הם הזיהוי המסורתי המקובל. התוכן נועד ללימוד ולהמחשה בלבד, ואינו קביעה אקדמית, הלכתית או משפטית.
  2. ללא אחריות. התוכן ניתן כמות שהוא (As-Is). איננו מתחייבים לשלמות, לדיוק או לזמינות, ולא נישא באחריות לכל נזק הנובע מהשימוש באתר או מהסתמכות על תוכנו.
  3. קניין רוחני. מפת הבסיס — © תורמי OpenStreetMap, אריחים באדיבות OpenFreeMap; רכיב המפה — MapLibre GL (רישיון BSD). קישורי המקורות מפנים לספריא. שאר התוכן, העיצוב והאיורים — שייכים לאתר; מותר לשתף קישורים ולצטט לצרכים אישיים ולימודיים עם ייחוס.
  4. פרטיות. האתר אינו דורש הרשמה, אינו מציב עוגיות מעקב ואינו אוסף מידע אישי. העדפת השפה נשמרת בדפדפן שלכם בלבד (localStorage). טעינת אריחי המפה נעשית משרתי OpenFreeMap וכפופה לתנאיהם.
  5. שינויים. התוכן והתנאים עשויים להתעדכן מעת לעת; המשך שימוש באתר מהווה הסכמה לנוסח העדכני.

It is meant for learning and illustration only, and is not an academic, halachic, or legal determination.
  2. No warranty. The content is provided as-is, with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or availability, and without liability for any damage arising from use of or reliance upon it.
  3. Attribution. Base map © OpenStreetMap contributors, tiles by OpenFreeMap, rendered with MapLibre GL (BSD). Source links point to Sefaria. All other content, design and artwork belong to this site; sharing links and quoting for personal and educational use with attribution is welcome.
  4. Privacy. No registration, no tracking cookies, no personal data collected. Your language preference is stored only in your own browser (localStorage). Map tiles load from OpenFreeMap's servers under their terms.
  5. Changes. Content and terms may be updated from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
